Yusuf Amir's Apartment is the residence of Arabian billionaire real estate developer Yusuf Amir in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. It is located on the southeast corner of Columbus Avenue and Pyrite Street, right next to the Jousters Club in Middle Park East, Algonquin, Liberty City. Amir owns a luxurious penthouse at the top of the building which prominently features in The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Spanning two storeys, the stylish penthouse is awash with film and sports memorabilia, as well as several weapons and arcade games. There is also a segway seen in a corner. Amir summons Luis Lopez there to send him on missions on several occasions.

- One of the arcade games in his penthouse, "Total Outrage IV", uses a pair of bikes that resembles an NRG 900F.
- There is a Lycan with a flame vinyl, black paintjob. It cannot be used in The Ballad of Gay Tony, but appeared in The Lost and Damned as a drivable vehicle.
