Events of GTA Advance
After Mike helped Asuka Kasen to solve a problem with a pimp, Mike receives information from Asuka about a explosive expert, but when Mike arrives at his apartment, Mike finds the bomber dead and later Asuka tells him that the mafia is after him. Mike flees to Shoreside Vale and, when crossing the Shoreside Lift Bridge, he receives a message in the bomber's pager from a person named "Xox", which asks to to meet him in Wichita Gardens since they have to talk about a job.
