- Xenotime is a rare earth phosphate mineral, whose major component is yttrium orthophosphate.
- The parking space in front of the the penthouse is still usable by Niko even if he did not kill Playboy X during "The Holland Play" or complete the mission, similar to all other parking spaces in the game. The parking space is also usable by Johnny Klebitz and Luis Lopez in the Episodes from Liberty City expansion for the game.
