The restaurant is located in a small suburban strip mall on the corner of Innocence Boulevard and Carson Avenue in Chamberlain Hills, and it is inaccessible to the player.
The signage informs that the restaurant offers a special lunchtime menu: an all-you-can-eat buffet for £20, although the game is set in the United States of America, and the currency is the dollar.
The name is a pun on the idioms "Knock it off" and "Walk it off".
The nighttime textures used on the front windows of the restaurant and the Cart-L Farmacia next door are of a generic fishing shop selling bait etc, but the daytime texture matches the advertised restaurant.
