Will Morton was an audio designer at Rockstar North from 2002 until 2014.
Career[]
Morton joined Rockstar in April 2002 after spending time doing freelance work.
He was credited as an audio designer on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He was later credited as a dialogue supervisor on Grand Theft Auto V.
Morton has also re-recorded Hunter Platin's voice lines for The Psycho in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, although the latter was credited in-game for the role. The reason being that the writers decided that his Scottish accent would fit better for the character. Morton was credited for the role in the official manual.[1]
At Rockstar, he was also credited on Manhunt, Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire.
After leaving Rockstar in April 2014, he spent six years at Solid Audioworks before going on to presently work as lead audio designer at Leslie Benzies' Build a Rocket Boy studio.
