Wilberts' Coffee and Tea

Wilberts' Coffee and Tea, also known simply as Wilbert's, is a tea and coffeehouse appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

Description[]

The café is located in southwestern Middle Park, situated next to Le Knobeliske. The café provides multiple white pedestal tables with red and white umbrellas covering them. Street sweepers from the Liberty Sanitation Department may sometimes be seen tending to the grounds of the café. The café is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline.
