The mission begins with the GTA London Protagonist being told that some people have been blackmailing Harold Cartwright, and the goons inside the van want to film the protagonist getting back the evidence. The first target is at the Tower of London in Southwest Bow, on the walkway. Once the protagonist finds him, the target gets out of the van, and the protagonist beats him up and collects the evidence while the Cartwright goons are filming from inside the van.
After that, the protagonist is told that the other target is the one who filmed Harold, and this time he must kill him. He is hanging around the Buckingham Palace in Central Westminster. The protagonist goes there, kills the target and collects the film. The protagonist drives the TV Van to Harold Cartwright's place in Southeast Bermondsey.
