Welham Parkway is a park in Grand Theft Auto IV and episodes and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars located in the district of Boulevard, northern Bohan, Liberty City. It is bordered by Butterfly Street and Greene Avenue to the north, Uprock Street to the west, and Grand Boulevard to the south and east.
Possibly based on Pelham Bay Park or Van Cortlandt Park in The Bronx, New York City, the park's centerpiece is a small lake in the center of the park. This is one of only two lakes in Liberty City, the other being the considerably larger lake in Middle Park. There are plenty of picnic tables around the area, along with a baseball field. When Brucie Kibbutz likes Niko Bellic enough, the baseball field is one of the many places he can be found waiting to be picked up by the player. To the west of Welham Parkway, across Uprock Street, are tennis and basketball courts. Welham Parkway's real life counterpart is Pelham Parkway, a major Bronx parkway with a boulevard of greenspace along the course.
- The Parsons Hotel in GTA Vice City has a small scale pool on its rooftop that exactly resembles the geographical shape of the Pelham Park lake.
