Wallis is a resident of Sandy Shores, Blaine County. He is an elderly hillbilly who is often seen drinking at the Yellow Jack Inn with a friend. He wears a reversed baseball cap, overalls and has mutton chops.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
At the beginning of the mission "Trevor Philips Industries", Wallis is seen drinking at the Yellow Jack Inn and cheering at a fight between Josef and an unknown assailant.
At the beginning of the mission "Crystal Maze", Janet calls Wallis a "dumb, ignorant, white trash hillbilly", to which Wallis agrees.
