Wade Heston's Dealer is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

He is an unnamed drug dealer associated with corrupt LCPD detective Wade Heston. It is assumed that he is an associate or a member of the Angels of Death, given the fact that Heston purchases drugs from AoD dealers in Willis, and the dealer is seen leaving from the Angels of Death Clubhouse and hiding at the biker gang hideout at Rusty Schit Salvage during his only appearance.

In 2009, the dealer started blackmailing Wade Heston, claiming he'll give evidence of him to the Internal Affairs Division unless he keeps buying drugs from him. As a personal favor for Heston, Huang Lee rigs a car with explosives before tracking down the dealer exiting the Angels of Death Clubhouse in North Holland, Algonquin, and chases him all the way to the Rusty Schit Salvage warehouse in Northwood.
Once the dealer enters the warehouse, Huang uses the car bomb to destroy the building, killing everyone inside, including the dealer.
