Vinewood Movie Studios is an unnamed location in Vinewood, Los Santos, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description[]
Taking up the entire city block between Market Station, Richman Country Club and the Vinewood Cemetery, the studio facilities comprise several large buildings surrounded by a high wall.
Immediately inside the main gateway there is an unmanned security kiosk.
There are 4 designated soundstages, the largest of which in the center is designated A Stage with three smaller B Stages to the north.
Two large rectangular buildings are unlabeled but appear to also be soundstages of some sort.
Four single level office buildings are clustered in the southeastern corner of the site. There are two water towers on site. The named soundstages and the water towers appear to be identical to those used in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City at InterGlobal Studios.
Influence[]
Its location indicates it is at least partly based on Paramount Studios on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood.
Pickups[]
- Sawed-Off Shotgun (southwest corner)
- Nightstick (in the security Kiosk)
