Viktor is an available support crew member for The Cayo Perico Heist through his association with Pavel. He can provide sniper support on Cayo Perico through the Interaction Menu for $25,000 once the player has neutralized the air defenses. He does not have a 100% hit rate and can cause the alarm to be raised against an otherwise undetected player.
