Vice City Junkyard in 1986.
Vice City Junkyard (known in GTA Vice City as Junkyard onscreen and City Scrap on the entrance sign) is located in western Little Haiti in Vice City. Unlike the Harwood Autocrusher and Junkyard in Liberty City, none of the facilities are usable. The junkyard is the scene for the mission Death Row, where Tommy has to save Lance from being tortured by Diaz's goons.
The junk yard seemed to have got busier in 1986 than it was in 1984; there are large stacked piles of compressed waste present in GTA Vice City around the southern parameter of the premises, a second processor has been installed and a clawed excavator is present, which are all absent in GTA Vice City Stories.
