Vice City Junkyard in 1986.
Vice City Junkyard is a scrap yard, located in western Little Haiti in Vice City. Unlike the Harwood Autocrusher and Junkyard in Liberty City, none of the facilities are usable. The junkyard is the scene for the mission Death Row, where Tommy has to save Lance from Diaz's goons.
The junkyard seemed to have got busier in 1986 than in 1984; there are large stacked piles of compressed waste present in GTA Vice City around the parameter of the premises, a second processor has been installed and an excavator is present, which are all absent in GTA Vice City Stories.
