Vice City Junkyard (known in GTA Vice City as Junkyard onscreen and City Scrap on the entrance sign) is located in western Little Haiti in Vice City, appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Description

Unlike the Harwood Autocrusher and Junkyard in Liberty City, none of the facilities are usable. The junkyard is the scene for the mission Death Row, where Tommy has to save Lance from being tortured by Diaz's goons.

The junk yard seemed to have gotten busier in 1986 than it was in 1984; there are large stacked piles of compressed waste around the southern parameter of the premises in GTA Vice City, a second processor has been installed and an inaccessible clawed excavator is present, all of which are absent in GTA Vice City Stories.

Trivia

• Technically, Junkyard is not a part of Little Haiti. It is considered by game as a separate district.
• The VCPD dispatch incorrectly states the Junkyard as part of the Escobar International district.
• The same Junkyard model in GTA Vice City is used in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It also made an appearance in Manhunt, another Rockstar game.
