The Dinka Veto Modern is a go-kart featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of The Cayo Perico Heist update, released on December 22, 2020, during the Holiday Bonuses 2020 event.
Design[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The vehicle shares the initial design and features from the Veto Classic, but has additional elements for aerodynamic efficiency and collision protection. The front of the vehicle features a front fairing with small vents on the lower side and an extended section over the steering column, while the rear fairing covers the rear wheels and also features small vents on either side. A dodgem-style bumper fully encircles the chassis, along with a steel tube frame on the rear for additional protection. The seat also incorporates a headrest.
The primary color of the vehicle is applied on the bodywork fairings, while the secondary color is applied on the base chassis. A trim color is also available for the seat. It uses a set of small wheels with Atomic racing tires, similar to the Open Wheel racing vehicles. The rims can also support a dedicated color, although only naturally-generated examples may have one.

Performance[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The vehicle is powered by a single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine, which produces a unique sound loosely similar to the one from the Rampant Rocket, with a lower pitch and limited engine revolutions.
