The Dinka Veto Classic is a go-kart featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of The Cayo Perico Heist update, released on December 18, 2020, during the Cayo Perico Heist Bonuses event.
Influence[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The Veto Classic is inspired by 1960s and 1970s go-karts, mainly the 1965 Rupp Dart A-Bone Kart, with some elements from the 1970s Sears Orange Krate Go-Kart.
Design[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The vehicle is depicted with a simple tubular steel frame chassis and basic flooring, where the front area houses the front wheels, the steering mechanism and the two laterally-mounted pedals providing the corresponding throttle and braking controls, while the rear area houses the main seat, the small engine with a small exhaust and fuel tank, and the rear axle with a single brake disk and chain drive on the left side, connected to the engine. As the vehicle is not intended for use on main roads, it lacks any form of light or dials, although a radio is still available.
The primary color of the vehicle is applied on the frames, while the secondary color seems to be only applied on the secondary-colored options. A trim colour is also available for the seat. It uses a set of small wheels with Atomic racing tires, similar to the Open Wheel racing vehicles. The rims can also support a dedicated color, although only naturally-generated examples may have one.

Performance[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
Befitting for a go-kart, the Veto Classic is exceptionally fast with excellent cornering grip, but has bouts of spinout if turning a corner too hard or if applying the handbrake. Oddly enough, despite offering no protection against gunfire, the player will not fall off from harsh collisions or rollovers, and the player will not be hurt if landing on the roof from a landing (though they can still be killed if it explodes at a great height). Despite its exposed tires, they are automatically equipped with bulletproof tyres.
Much like the Kart in GTA San Andreas, the Veto Classic is also able to drive under other vehicles with high ground clearance such as the tow trailers and monster trucks such as the Liberator and Marshall.
The vehicle is powered by a single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine, which produces a similar, if not identical, engine sound to the one from motorcycles like the Bati 801, the Bati 801RR and the Thrust, albeit with a lower pitch and limited engine revolutions.
