Velvet Glove publishes adult DVDs which are sold at The Peep Hole and other sex shops throughout Grand Theft Auto IV.
The only known DVD it has published is in co-operation with Clap Films Ltd; however, it cannot be purchased or viewed by the player. A red neon sign of the logo is also present inside The Peep Hole.
Nothing else is known about the publisher and it plays no role in the storyline.
