History[]

Background[]

Vega is a Vercotti Crime Family associate who resides in southwest Brocklyn Docks, Liberty City.

Events of Grand Theft Auto[]

After the GTA Protagonist is sent to disrupt one of Sonetti's deals, the protagonist is told to go to Vega's home. Once they arrive, Vega tells the protagonist that Bubby is inside and he wants the protagonist to pick up the mayoress.

He doesn't have a character sprite and only communicates with the protagonist from inside his apartment during his appearance.
