Vaughn Harper (born March 1, 1945 in New York City, New York - died July 9, 2016) was an American DJ, voice actor and musician.
Career
Harper was best known as a DJ for New York station WBLS from 1976 to 2008, most famously hosting its late-night Quiet Storm program which played slow jams and R&B.
He voiced himself as the host of The Vibe 98.8 radio station in Grand Theft Auto IV.
