Events in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
In the first mission of the Kaufman Cabs asset, Doris tells Tommy to take a V.I.P. passenger in Starfish Island, but a VC Cabs Taxi puts forward Tommy and steals the V.I.P. The mission objective is to damage the VC Cab: the V.I.P then become frightened and will get out of the taxi and into Tommy's Kaufman Cab. The player then needs to bring the V.I.P. successfully to the Escobar International Airport.

Being a minor character, the V.I.P. does not have his own character model; he uses a generic pedestrian model instead. The model is also used for the El Banco Corrupto Grande Manager and the Unnamed Businessman.
