(Note - This contains a brief rant. I am trying my best not to lose my shit. If you're unhappy with what has been sent here, please don't respond or read.)
...(sigh) Sometimes I don't get Rockstar. I have contacted their support five times in the past 3 months - The first three were all solved without problem, but the past two cases have been utter bull.
On the 7th of November, 2017, I bought a Karin Kuruma (the non-armored one, mind you) from the in-game web. No problem whatsoever. I've bought a lot of cars in the past, so I had no issue buying another. I needed to fill out my new garage, and I thought the Kuruma was a good car. Now, where has the problem?
The car never came.
Yes, I shit you not - The car did not come at all. I never got the text from the site saying it was coming, nor did it actually come at all. I got concerned immediately, and decided to contact them. However, I accidentally typed the date in wrong, but did say the evidence was in my Maze Bank transactions. Support team brushed off my claims and told me they could not compensate a refund.
Now it gets worse from here - I decided to contact them AGAIN today, this time proving my evidence with a screenshot from my phone of my Maze Bank transaction (I'll upload it below) and the correct date. Guess what, did Rockstar give me a refund of 95,000 that got wasted on a car that never came?
No.
"We are sorry to hear that you experienced loss of progress in GTA Online, but unfortunately we are not able to verify this claim. As we are unable to find the purchase of Kuruma."
...I showed them the screenshot, but this is the response I get? They couldn't check the date?
The only reason I'm not that pissed off is because 95,000 can easily be regained from a few missions, especially an adversary mode grind or The Fleeca Heist, and the car wasn't the X80 Proto. But my point stands exactly - Rockstar brushing off my claims as fabricated despite the fact I have sufficient evidence to prove I lost my money is ridiculous.
