He appears in the Vehicle Cargo mission Race Bet. He set a target time on a point-to-point that he claims is "unbeatable". After the online player beats his time and gets to the finish line, numerous people are cheering on the player while the owner will attack the player with a Baseball Bat, regardless of the deal. His death is optional, but the main target is his car that needs to be delivered to the player's vehicle warehouse.
