He was a property developer and a rival of Avery Carrington.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
In the mission "Four Iron", Tommy Vercetti is informed by Avery Carrington that a rival property dealer is refusing to sell him some land that he wants to buy. He asks Tommy to head to the Leaf Links golf club to "persuade" the rival property dealer to sell him the land. When Tommy reaches the property dealer's location, he is spotted by security and the property dealer attempts to flee in a Caddy.
If he is not killed in time, he will flee the golf club and escape in a Greenwood waiting outside. Ultimately, he is killed by Tommy Vercetti.
