A Vapid taxi is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI.
Description[]
The taxi is shown parked distantly on a road in Vice Beach in the first trailer (0:14).
A civilian, donked-out, police, and ghost police version of the vehicle are also seen to exist.
The vehicle assumes a standard four-door sedan design comparable to that of the recurring Taxis, appearing to be a blend of the first and second generation models. It is depicted in yellow, with a taxi sign on the roof.
Influence[]
Its design seems to be based on that of the Ford Panther platform, used by various Ford Motor Company-built sedans, including the Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Car. The bodywork itself resembles that of a second generation Ford Crown Victoria taxi.
