A Ford Police Interceptor Utility-inspired police SUV is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI.

Description[]

The police car can be seen responding shortly behind another police car, along a road in Leonard County, in the first trailer (1:00).

A civilian version of the vehicle is also seen to exist in the first trailer.

The vehicle assumes a 4-door SUV design sharing design cues from the Interceptor-styled Police Cruiser. It is depicted with a green and white Leonard County Sheriff livery and is equipped with a blue/red LED lightbar.

Influence[]

Its design seems to be based on that of the second generation Ford Police Interceptor Utility, a police package of the Ford Explorer. The headlights seem to be inspired by the second generation Police Interceptor Utility, while the grille seems to be inspired by the 2016–2019 Police Interceptor Utility.
