Background[]

Nothing is known about his background except that he is an old friend of congressman Thomas Stubbs.

Events of The Lost and Damned[]

In the mission First Impressions, Thomas orders Johnny Klebitz to take out the congressman at the Superstar Café. Johnny heads down to the café that is surrounded by the congressman's bodyguards and successfully kills him.
