The unnamed Bleeter founder is a minor character in The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Background[]

Not much is known about him, except that at some point before 2008 he founded Bleeter. A picture of him partying at Bahama Mamas can be seen on LibertyCityNightlife.com.

Although the text says it is Bahama Mamas, the club seen in the photo is actually Maisonette 9.
