University is a neighborhood of the Downtown District of Anywhere City. Obviously, its main point of interest is a college with an unknown name. Despite being an entire neighborhood, the University is listed as a landmark in the game files.[1]

- Machine Gun - A bit west of the campus parking lot.
Power-ups[]
- Fast Reload - On the northwest corner of the campus, there are some stairs which can be followed to an elevated platform, then to a hallway. At the end of the hallway, the player must jump onto a roof to the west.
- Invisibility - Same area.
- Double Damage - West of the Pizza Cake restaurant in northwest University.
- Get out of jail Free Card - Northwest corner of the campus.
