Ukraine is a country located in Eastern Europe. It is also biggest country fully located in Europe.
Ukraine is bordered by Russia to the east, Belarus to the north, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary to the west, Moldova and Romania to the south. From the south it's bounded by the Azov Sea and Black Sea.
Between 1922 and 1991, Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union and known as Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (Ukrainian SSR, UkSSR or simply Soviet Ukraine).

- Ruslana Lyzhychko (known as DJ Ruslana in-game) is a Ukrainian singer, artist and former politic who appears as the host of Vladivostok FM[2].
- Her song "Wild Dances" and many songs by other Ukrainian bands and artists also appear on the station.
- She mentions Ukrainian food[3][4], politics[5], corruption[6][7], weather[8] and country in general[9]. Also she speaks some phrases in Ukrainian language[10][11][12], including texts from Ukrainian songs that not present on the radio[13][14].
- Seryoga (also known as Ayvengo) is a Belarusian/Ukrainian rap artist whose tracks are featured on a Vladivostok FM.
- "King Ring" was featured in the third trailer of the game, and is also heard during the end credits (before Patch 1.0.8.0).
- "Liberty City: The Invasion" was composed exclusively for the game, and is also heard in Roman's Taxi in The Cousins Bellic and during the end credits (after Patch 1.0.8.0).
