Tyrone "The Tower" Hancock is a former basketball player who played for the Liberty Penetrators during the 1980's.
Description
Tyrone was thrown out of professional basketball in 1985 for testing positive for 9 different illegal narcotics. He has a history of alcoholism, drug abuse and petty crime and also has a long list of convictions spanning 21 years from 1986 - 2007 including those for drunk driving, public lewdness, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of several different drugs, most notably heroin. His most recent arrest was in Middle Park for drunken behavior which culminated in him french kissing a homeless man.
