The Turtle Head Fishing Company Factory is a mackerel fish factory that appears in Grand Theft Auto III.
Description[]
The factory is owned by the Turtle Head Fishing Company, which is owned by Cheung Industries of Shanghai. It is located in Callahan Point, Portland.
The area was formerly used by Salvatore Leone as a warehouse to stash drugs and money until the Liberty City Triads destroyed it in 1998. A different generic warehouse is seen in Grand Theft Auto Advance due to limited types of buildings that the Game Boy Advance hardware can handle.
Events of Grand Theft Auto III[]
In early 2001, the Cheung Industries of Shanghai expanded to Liberty City and acquired the secluded area where the warehouse was located. [1] The factory is used as a front by the Triads during the events of Grand Theft Auto III, who can be seen guarding the warehouse.
One of the three Triad warlords is killed by Claude with the help of two Leone Crime Family mobsters. After the factory is destroyed by Claude under orders of Toni Cipriani, the Triads will no longer spawn around the area.
