The Declasse Tulip M-100 is a two-door muscle car featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update.
Design
Grand Theft Auto Online
The Tulip M-100 is heavily based on the 4th generation Chevrolet Malibu Coupe.
The car assumes a relatively simple design with a dragster stance, where the front end mounts a large bumper with a black/plastic strip on the upper area and a central section for the license plate, while the upper area is occupied by a rectangular grille with a protruding shape on the center and the "DECLASSE" badging on the driver side. Either side of the grille are occupied by a set of headlights, separated into inner rectangular units working as the high-beam lights, middle square units working as the main lights and outer, side-facing amber indicators. The hood area is relatively flat in shape, with a small elevation that is as wide as the grille and bears a protruding detail on the center, which connects with the aforementioned central detail of the grille.
On the sides, the car bears slightly flared wheel arches, protruding shapes on the lower portions and black/plastic side trim with painted surroundings and amber marker lights on both ends, while the doors bear traditional handles and painted wing mirrors. The greenhouse area is very simple and bears thin separations for the rear-quarter windows. A slanted trunk lid occupies the rear section.
On the rear end, the trunk lid bears the "DECLASSE" badging on the passenger side, while the area below is occupied bya central inset section for the license plate and the rectangular tail lights. The same tail lights are separated into inner brake units, middle reverse units, outer main units and the side-facing indicators on the edges. On the lower section, the car mounts a bumper with a similar black/plastic strip like the front one, while the underside exposes the single-exit, angled exhaust pipes on either side, the fuel tank on the rear and the lifted rear axle with articulated arms and suspension springs. The vehicle's interior and dials are reused from the Faction.
The primary color of the car is applied on the bodywork and the engine cam covers, while the secondary color is applied on the bumpers, the grille, the trims around the headlights and tail lights, the sill trims, part of the side trims and the cabin trims. A trim color is also available for the interior. The wheels are a silver/chrome variation of the "Retro Steelie" Urban wheels available in Los Santos Customs and other mod shops, wrapped in low-profile tires.

Performance
Grand Theft Auto Online
The car holds a V8 engine with a mounted rectangular air filter, positioned in a front-engine, rear wheel drive configuration through a 3-speed gearbox. Its engine sound appears to be similar to the Tulip, being a combination of the sounds found on the Dominator and the Imperator, with the former faintly heard on higher revolutions.

Trivia
General
- The M-100 name is a reference to the M80 sport package for the 1980 Chevrolet Malibu Coupe.
- The "M-100 Stripes" liveries are based on the one found on the said package.
- The "Declasse Racing Stripes" liveries are seem to be inspired from a 1980 Malibu Coupe with the Yenko livery, but they also have some similarities to the "White Side Stripes" livery for the Vamos, which is based on the 1970 Chevrolet Yenko Nova.
- The "Two Tone Fade" livery is based on the decals on the 1979 Malibu Classic Sedan.
- The similar liveries can also be found on the Impaler and Landstalker XL, although they are missing the fade effect at the bottom.
- The "Hotring Throwback" livery is based on a near-identical variant of the Hotring Racer in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
- The default radio stations for the Tulip M-100 are Radio Mirror Park, Kult FM, Vinewood Boulevard Radio, and Los Santos Rock Radio.
