Description[]
The cage is situated to the west of the Communications Tower, down the hill, hanging on a mangrove tree. The player can photograph the cage and send the picture to Pavel, who will comment on it. He claims to have spent a summer in a torture cage after trifling with the Welsh. The cage plays no role during the The Cayo Perico Heist finale.
