The rusted variant of the Declasse Tornado is a vintage two-door hardtop appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Design[]
It appears as a beater variant of the Tornado. It can spawn only with a hardtop roof.
Like the standard Tornado, this model reuses its wheel design from the Manana.
Performance[]
The rusted Tornado performs identically to its standard variant as it shares its handling data with it.
In comparison to the clean variants, the rusted model tend to have a delayed engine ignition, which could become a problem in the event of a situation that requires a quick getaway.

Trivia[]
- The rusted Tornado's natural spawning Worn colors are unique and cannot be selected at any of the mod shops available. If the player converts a rusted Tornado into the Tornado Custom at Benny's Original Motor Works, the unique color will be retained through conversion. This also applies to the Voodoo.
- Inside some versions of the car, under the dashboard, a map book of Liberty City can be found.
