Tony is a resident of the state of New Guernsey who works for Robert "Bubby" Seragliano.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
In 1997, a local motorcycle club known as the Angels killed one of the Vercotti Crime Family's dealers and stole their drugs. The Vercotti Crime Family contact sends the GTA Protagonist to retrieve the stolen drugs from the Angels.
The GTA Protagonist steals the Bike with the drugs hidden in the gas tank, and drops off the drugs to Tony. Optionally, they can kill Tony after he picks up the drugs and still successfully complete the mission. Killing him provides alternate dialogue afterwards. However, killing Tony before he picks up the drugs will result in a mission failure.
