In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, there are two types of time trial challenges. At both types Huang has to run through checkpoints and complete the tracks within a target qualification time. The rewards are usually a few hundred dollars and they vary by events and medals. Every challenge is needed to be completed to achieve 100% completion in the game.
Circuit Time Trials[]
The first type is about racing around a landmark of Liberty City at multiple tracks where a given number of laps have to be completed while not missing any given checkpoint.
- Boulevard Boogie TT - this event can be activated at the south of Welham Parkway, Bohan by getting on the Sanchez.
