Thomas Lyons (born in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced the Liberty City police officer Francis McReary in Grand Theft Auto IV. He appeared in TV shows such as Spin City, Law & Order, Boardwalk Empire and Rescue Me.
