The Shocker is an electrified weapon featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
Design[]
The Shocker is a long, futuristic stun baton. When attacking, it will temporarily stun and electrocute the target.
It visually resembles the glow rod seen in the movie Demolition Man.
Performance[]
Like the Stun Gun, a small delay is required to recharge The Shocker, behaving identically as a melee alternative of the gun. Whenever a target is electrocuted, the blue light on the rod's shaft will power off until the weapon has fully recharged. The Shocker's power supply is independent of the aforementioned stun gun, meaning one can be used while the other is charging.
The Shocker's electric attack is non-lethal, and unlike the Stun Gun, it cannot put targets in a downed state, as any affected target will get back up. Only living creatures can trigger the electrocution effect; the player will not be penalized for hitting a wall or vehicle.
It can also be used as a melee weapon while riding on a motorcycle.

- Awarded to the player for finding it inside a wooden crate in the secret Fort Zancudo bunker after being abducted during the 3rd stage of the Sightseeing event during the Halloween 2024 (Week 5) event.
Oversights[]
- Unlike other festive event-only weapons, The Shocker can be dropped by the player via the weapon wheel.
