The Port Authority of Los Santos (LSPA), known as Los Santos Port Authority, is an agency in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online operating in the Port of Los Santos, Los Santos, San Andreas.
Description
The Port Authority of Los Santos is a minor law enforcement agency that operates in the harbor area of Los Santos. Their headquarters are located in Elysian Island, which also houses an Olifantus in the back.
They are present in Terminal and Elysian Island. They also maintain several security gates in both areas, which are occupied by Security Guards.
The flag of the LSPA can be seen on the Tug in GTA Online.
