The Port Authority of Los Santos (LSPA[citation/verification needed]) is a law enforcement agency in Grand Theft Auto V operating in the Port of Los Santos, Los Santos, San Andreas.
Description
Signage for the authority appears on a building housing a Tug at the western end of Elysian Island. While port security personnel wear the uniforms of regular Security Guards. They are seen guarding entrances to various industrial areas of the port, excluding the Merryweather owned building.
