The Podium Robbery is a Salvage Yard Robbery featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of The Chop Shop update.

Description[]

The player, wearing an LSDS outfit, is instructed to pick up the stolen LSDS Boxville containing the stolen rappel equipment, and use it to get access to The Diamond Casino & Resort. But first, they are told to drive to a vantage point near the casino and trigger the explosives they have previously planted on the restrooms.

After detonating the explosives, the player must park the LSDS Boxville to the rear side of the casino and pick up the rappel equipment. The player must head to the waste disposal entrance of the casino and show up to the casino staff disguised as a member of the sanitation department.

Once they get access to the casino, a guard will lead them to the leak caused by the explosion. The player must clean up the mess using a mop until the guard leaves them. After the guard leaves the area, the player must stop mopping the floor and sneak to the elevator.

The player is instructed to equip a flashlight to light the way whilst searching for the service room containing the elevator hatch, which will be used to rappel down the elevator shaft all the way to the podium's underground storage area.

While opening the storage facility doors, the armed Duggans inside the storage will notice the player and activate the security measures. The player is instructed to equip the gas mask to survive the gas. After fighting their way through the storage facility, they must perform a motherboard hack minigame to disable the security measures, before being able to steal the target vehicle.

After entering the target vehicle, they are instructed to escape the casino via the loading bay tunnel. However, the Duggans will manage to lock the security doors while the player is escaping. The player must enter the surveillance room, eliminate the armed Duggans inside and hack the security terminal by completing the HackConnect.exe minigame.

With the security doors open, the player is free to escape the casino, lose the wanted level and deliver the target vehicle to the Salvage Yard.
