The Planetarium is a nightclub located in Liberty City. The radio station Rise FM (hosted by Andre the Accelerator) is broadcast live from this club. However, it does not actually make a physical appearance in either Grand Theft Auto III or Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
