The Journalist is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Background[]
The journalist works for an unknown newspaper, possibly the San Andreas Post.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
The journalist is due to meet a reporter at the end of Yacht Harbor in Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos during the mission Snail Trail.
However, the reporter is being followed by Carl Johnson, who kills both of them shortly after his arrival.

The journalist does not use a unique model, and instead uses a generic pedestrian model (wealthy Hispanic).
This model is also used for some of the crack factory guards in Yay Ka-Boom-Boom.

- If the player gets too close to the journalist, he will be spooked. Then he will attempt to attack the player with a pistol.
