The Dossier Carrier is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Background[]
He was an agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) who had a dossier that contained compromising information regarding C.R.A.S.H., which he was due to hand over to the FBI in the ghost town of Aldea Malvada in Tierra Robada.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
Frank Tenpenny tasks Carl Johnson with eliminating the dossier carrier and collecting his dossier in the mission Misappropriation.
CJ travels to Aldea Malvada, where he finds the carrier with several FBI agents. CJ attacks the agents, and the carrier attempts to enter and escape in a Maverick. If he succeeds, he will fly over Area 69 to Las Venturas, landing on the helipad above the Emerald Isle parkade. Once landed, he will attempt to either enter an invulnerable Buffalo in the parkade and drive to an underground parking lot east of Emerald Isle, or jump off the helipad, parachute to the ground, and run to the parking lot. Once there, he will attempt to hold off CJ with several more FBI agents. CJ then kills him and retrieves the dossier he was carrying, completing the mission. If he is killed at any point during the mission, nearby FBI agents will attempt to retrieve the dossier before CJ does. If successful, the mission continues, with the FBI agent who picked up the dossier becoming the target.

The dossier carrier uses a generic pedestrian model.
He uses the same model as the informant in Badlands and the reporter in Snail Trail. Coincidentally, all three missions using that model are given by C.R.A.S.H.
