Background[]

The doctor operates in Dukes and illegally sells organs from dead bodies.

After Elizabeta Torres kills Manny Escuela and Jay Hamilton, Niko Bellic helps her by taking the bodies to the doctor, who commented that Jay was shot through the eye, claiming that eyes were getting rather expensive on the black market lately.

His hideout is located next to Zhou Ming's nightclub.
