The Boat House GTAV Front

The front of the building

The Boat House is an abandoned restaurant in Sandy Shores in Grand Theft Auto V.

Description

The Boat House Restaurant is located on Marina Drive on the south shore of the Alamo Sea and is part of the Alamo Sea Marina. The building comprises a single story double-brick building with a second level designed to resemble the hull of a yacht with the prow facing Marina Drive and the stern facing the unused marina on the Alamo Sea. This section has rounded "porthole" style windows. The building is abandoned (like much of Sandy Shores) and covered in graffiti. The doors and windows are all boarded up. There is evidence of homeless occupation of the site. There is an empty swimming pool on the north side of the building on the marina foreshore. It is modeled on the real life North Shore Beach and Yacht Club.
