Description[]
In 1984, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the warehouse was used by Phil Cassidy to store his boomshine until it blows up in the mission Boomshine Blowout. The company's logo appears on several Yankees throughout the city. There is a wooden bridge leading to Fort Baxter.
In 1986, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the warehouse is unknown to be used by Phil Cassidy, and the sign of the company is absent. Also, the warehouse is inaccessible and plays no role in the storyline.
