Tequila Slammer - Phone 5: Mission 2 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto available during San Andreas Chapter 2: Tequila Slammer, given to the protagonist by El Burro. The mission is a continuation of the first mission available from the first phone (from the left) in northeast Sailor's Wharf in San Andreas, and begins immediately after completing or attempting it.

Description

Immediately after surviving an ambush at the hands of Mike Tallon's henchmen, the protagonist is told by El Burro that it is time to get even. The protagonist has 2 minutes in order to get to the police station in south Atlantic Heights. Once there, the protagonist has to wait a short while for Tallon to pull up in his Squad Car and head into the station to change out of his uniform. He will then exit the station, get into his blue Portsmouth and drive off. The protagonist must then follow him, and when prompted by El Burro, kill him by any means in order to complete the mission.

Reward

The player is awarded 50,000 and +1 score multiplier for completing the mission.

El Burro: Ok, homeboy, we get even with Senor Tallon when he goes off duty. Get to the station before him, then wait for my signal. The protagonist drives to the police station in South Atlantic Heights. El Burro: Ok, amigo, jus' wait there for Tallon. He will be along shortly. Mike Tallon arrives in a Squad Car and enters the police station. El Burro: Now then, pretty boy, when I tell you, turn that stinkin' joto into salsa! Make sure he don' reach his house alive! The protagonist follows Mike Tallon until he's far away from the police station. El Burro: Ok, amigo! Do it NOW! NOW! If the protagonist manages to make Mike Tallon leave the car. Mike Tallon: You're gonna get it now ya little weasel! The protagonist kills Mike Tallon. El Burro: Vaya el diablo Tallon! You done good, amigo. Come an' spend the night at my hacienda so I can thank you properly.

Walkthrough

After surviving Mike Tallon's ambush, the protagonist is told by El Burro that they have 2 minutes to go to the Atlantic Heights Police Station before Tallon arrives.

A Police Bribe is provided to the protagonist from a crate outside the mansion, so they can remove the wanted level acquired during the previous mission.

Driving to Atlantic Heights Police Station.

Arriving at the police station before Mike Tallon.

El Burro tells the protagonist that Tallon will arrive shortly.

Tallon arrives in an SAPD Squad Car.

He enters the police station to change out of his uniform.

El Burro tells the protagonist to wait for his signal before killing him.

Tallon leaves the police station and enters his blue Portsmouth.

After following him for a short while, El Burro tells the protagonist to kill him.
