The mission begins with the protagonist being told by El Burro to go and answer the payphone in southwest Wood Hill (although the dialogue says Sunview). After answering the phone, El Burro informs the protagonist about a Tanker full of "unusual chemicals" has come into town and he wants to know what they are. The protagonist must head to east Sunview, intercept the truck and then take it to the Respray Shop in southeast Sunview. Once the plates have been changed and the truck resprayed, the protagonist needs to take it to El Burro's warehouse in north Woodside to complete the mission. If the player spares the truck driver's life, he will follow the vehicle on foot wherever it goes, and starts shooting at it when he sees it.

The player is awarded 45,000 points and a +1 score multiplier for completing the mission.
